Credits and Subscription Plans
Use of the site is reserved for an adult audience. By accessing the Platform, the User declares to be at least 18 years of age.
The User uses the service provided by soloprive.com in the awareness that the latter does not guarantee anything regarding the truthfulness of the content of the ads or the successful outcome of negotiations.
By publishing their ad on soloprive.com, the User authorises soloprive.com to ensure that the content of the ad is made visible and accessible to network users also through:
The User undertakes not to use the services improperly or contrary to legal and regulatory provisions and to the rules of Ethics and Good use of network services ("Netiquette").
In particular, the User undertakes NOT to transmit material:
NO type of ad containing written, photographic or allusive references to paid and unpaid sexual services is permitted.
Images of a pornographic nature containing visible genitalia cannot be inserted.
The insertion of child pornography material will result in the immediate reporting to the competent authorities of the site access data in order to identify those responsible.
By inserting an ad on soloprive.com, the User certifies and declares that:
Credits are a virtual currency usable exclusively within the Platform. Credits do not constitute real currency, securities, financial instruments or transferable goods and have no value outside the Platform.

Available Credit packages and their prices can be viewed in the dedicated section of the Platform. Prices may vary and those indicated at the time of purchase apply.
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal or others indicated on the Platform). The Platform does not store credit card data.
Credits are credited instantly upon payment completion. In case of delays due to the payment provider, crediting occurs within 24 hours of transaction confirmation.
Subscription Plans are visibility packages applicable exclusively to ads published on the Platform.
The Platform offers various Subscription Plans with varying features and durations:
Each Plan includes specific features such as: number of images, search priority, geographic visibility, statistics and review management.
Complete details of each Plan (features, available durations and prices in Credits/Euro) can be viewed in the dedicated section of the Platform. Prices may vary and those indicated at the time of purchase apply.
Purchased Credits and activated Subscription Plans are NOT refundable in money.
The purchase of Credits and Plans involves immediate access to digital services. Pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, letter o) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of digital content via non-material support if execution has begun with the express agreement of the consumer and their acceptance of losing the right of withdrawal.
In exceptional cases and at the sole discretion of the Operator, refunds may be issued exclusively in the form of Credits credited to the user's account.

The Platform does not guarantee specific results from the use of Credits or Plans. The number of views, contacts or interactions depends on multiple factors beyond the Platform's control.
The Platform strives to ensure maximum service availability, but does not guarantee the absence of temporary technical interruptions.
The 14-day right of withdrawal provided by the Consumer Code does NOT apply in the case of immediately executed services, such as:
